Shipping Policy

By default, we currently only deliver within Australia via our website.

We offer FREE Complimentary Shipping for all product orders within Australia.

Located Overseas?

Please request a custom online quotation if you’re located in another part of the world and would like to add-on international premium insured courier delivery service to your destination. International shipping availability depends on the destination country – subject to review. Please provide your physical shipping address (at least post/ZIP code, suburb/city and state) for full quotation. Notice: Import duties are payable by receiver (as applicable by law in your country) and full responsibility of the customer. Customer to also pay shipping for any returns (RMA).

You can request a custom quotation by finding the products you would like to purchase, configure the available options for each product, then instead of ADD TO ORDER button, use the “Add to Custom Quote Request” (Step #1) link directly underneath. Continue this process until you have included all the products required, then as you tap the final “Add to Custom Quote Request” link, there will be an additional link appearing underneath – “Browse the quote request list” (Step #2) – tap it to finalise your custom quotation, continue with the final step (Step #3), and a member of our team will reply within 24-48 business hours.

Payment Policy & Payment Type Accepted

All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes all taxes, duties, GST (VAT) and any other ‘payment processing fees’.

We currently accept payment via:

  • Credit Card (Instant processing 24/7)
  • Afterpay – Pay Later (BNPY) with 4 Split Payments (Instant processing 24/7)
  • Bank Transfer (3-day manual processing)
  • Purchase Order (7-day manual processing)

Payment in full is to be received before an order can be created. All goods & services remain property of PrivSecure until payment completely clears into our account.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 3 to 55 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, with tracking information. Further shipping information can be found on the product pages, where a processing estimation is provided.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

All Items are eligible for return exempt the products that are: Hybrid Phone devices are not eligible for returns beyond 7 days of receiving goods – there is no hardware warranty for these items.

You are always required to courier back the items by following the shipping instruction, with shipping insurance to:

EXCHANGE POLICY

In order to be eligible for exchanges within the allowed period, make sure that these following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn’t used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

You exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed, as well as other forensic checks to ensure device was not used nor tampered with.

You are given the rights to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.
